Exchanges and Returns

The customer is responsible for all freight charges on the return of defective items and no replacement part will be sent until our expert staff have inspected and verified the returned defective item in question.

You must have an RA number or Return Authorization number before you can return your product.

Please have the RA number written on the outside of the package.

Any returns arriving to our warehouse with out an RA number will be refused.

Once we have received and evaultaed the product if it is found to be defective then we will replace it and ship out a new item free of charge. We will also issue a shop credit for the amount of the return shipping as long as it reasonble ( ie not over night express rates). If you wish to understand what reasonble is then simply notify us once you know what shipping will cost and we will inform you if we will cover it should the item be found defective. 

At no Stage will we cover any out of pocket expenses such as labour, travel or down time related to the fittment of our products.

A Restock fee of 20% plus any freight charges will be charged on any returns that are not faulty.

If you order a transmission and then change your mind, have fitment issues or find you no longer wish to use it then you will be charged 50% to return as all transmissions are custom order and built you your specification.

If there is an issue with the transmission build then it is covered under normal return policy and be received without issue.

If you do not like our policies then Please do not purchase from us. We will do the best we can to support all our products and keep all our customers happy but we have to be realsitic in doing so.

If you wish to return an unused product you can do and it will be subject to a 20% restoking fee and a refund will be given as soon as it arrives and is inspected.

Custom work such as Loom can not be returned.
